The Shortlist for the Consumer Moneyfacts Awards 2011 has recently been announced. Moneyfacts in association with AOL, WalletPop & MyMoney24 have been running a consumer survey for various financial products, which allows UK consumers to rate providers on a number of criteria, giving an overall view of technical merit and customer services for each company.
